- Once you place your order through the website, our team will review the order and artwork submitted.
- If we need to make any artwork adjustments, price adjustments, or have any other concerns with your order, we will notify you immediately to address any necessary adjustments.
- Our designers will setup a virtual proof for your review.
- We will email you a virtual proof & order form to approve before anything goes to production.
- A secure payment link will be sent.
- Once the order form and proof are approved, and payment is submitted, we will submit the order for production.
- You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships out.
- You'll receive an awesome product!
helpful tips
- Artwork Files
- We prefer artwork in .AI or .EPS format
- Full color artwork can be sent in .JPG or .PNG format if files are at least 300 dpi at the size it will be printed. (these files are only acceptable for certain printing methods)
- Printing Fees
- If the submitted artwork requires additional colors or alternative printing methods, we will advise you of the additional charges to print the artwork as submitted, or if we have other recommendations.
- Shipping
- Alternative shipping methods may be available to you, and we can also accept third party carrier accounts. Please reach out to us to discuss additional shipping options.
