What to Expect When You Order
Order Review: Once you place your order through our website, our team will review the order and any artwork you’ve submitted.
Artwork & Pricing Adjustments: If any artwork or price adjustments are needed, or if we have any other concerns with your order, we will notify you immediately to address them.
Virtual Proof Setup: Our designers will create a virtual proof for your review. You will receive this proof along with an order form for approval before the production begins.
Payment: Payment will be collected through our website. Once you’ve approved the order form and virtual proof, and submitted your payment, we will proceed with production.
Shipping: When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Final Product: You’ll receive an awesome product!
Helpful Tips
Artwork Files: We prefer artwork in .AI or .EPS format. Full-color artwork can be sent in .JPG or .PNG format, provided the files are at least 300 dpi at the size they will be printed. (These files are only acceptable for certain printing methods.)
Printing Fees: If the submitted artwork requires additional colors or alternative printing methods, we will inform you of any additional charges. We may also offer recommendations for adjusting the artwork.
Shipping: Alternative shipping methods may be available, and we can also accept third-party carrier accounts. Please contact us to discuss additional shipping options.
